Terms of Service Campervan

Welcome to Villa Belvédère

By accessing our website www.villa-belvedere.org and using our services, you confirm that all bookings are made by an adult and that all guests using our Campervan Pitch agree to these Terms of Service. These terms create a fair and transparent framework for all guests, course participants, and users of our facilities.

1. Duration and Responsibilities of your stay

A minimum stay of one night applies. The Campervan Pitch is available from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival until 10:00 am on the day of departure.

The pitch must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused during their stay and may be charged accordingly. Any outstanding amounts must be settled prior to departure.

2. Payment

All bookings must be paid in full (100%) at the time of reservation via the online payment methods offered.

Payment covers the accommodation only and does not include any insurance.

3. Changes to booking duration

If you choose to shorten your stay after arrival, the unused portion of your booking will be refunded, minus a minimum charge of CHF 30.00.

4. Cancellation policy

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 10 hours before the scheduled arrival time.

Cancellations made less than 10 hours before arrival, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.

5. Pets

Pets are welcome. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. Guests are responsible for ensuring appropriate and respectful behaviour of their animals. Solid waste must be cleaned up immediately and disposed of properly.

6. Special requests

Any special requests should be communicated as soon as possible after booking. We will do our best to accommodate them, but cannot guarantee that all requests can be fulfilled.

7. Visitors & Guests

If you expect visitors during your stay, please inform us in advance. Overnight stays by visitors are not permitted.

8. Complaints

If you have any concerns during your stay, please contact us as soon as possible so we can address the issue promptly. If necessary, we may ask you to submit your complaint in writing to help us find an appropriate solution.

9. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy which complies with Swiss and EU data protection regulations.

10. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms of Service are governed by Swiss law.
The place of jurisdiction is 5620 Bremgarten AG, Switzerland.
