3. User guidelines
The parking area may not be perfectly level. Levelling wedges may be useful.
The pitch is accomodating vans up to 6 m in length.
Villa Belvédère is a place of tranquillity. Please avoid loud music, and raised voices, especially during the evening and early morning hours.
Open fires are not permitted anywhere on the property. Any breach of this rule may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
You are staying on private property. Please respect the grounds, buildings, and the privacy of residents.
A main road and railway line are nearby. Some traffic and train noise should be expected.
Pets are welcome. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. Owners are responsible for their animals and must ensure appropriate and respectful behavior, including the immediate removal and proper disposal of solid waste.
No camping equipment may be set up outside the vehicle (including tents and awnings), with the exception of tables and chairs placed directly next to the vehicle.
Please leave your pitch clean and take all rubbish with you.
Respect nature, wildlife, and fellow travellers.
