By accessing our website www.villa-belvedere.org and using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms ensure a fair and transparent framework for all guests, course participants, and room users.

1. Scope of Services

Villa Belvédère offers accommodation in guest rooms (in preparation), the rental of spaces for courses and events, and the use of shared facilities.
Therapeutic sessions provided on the premises are offered by independent practitioners. Villa Belvédère does not act as a contracting party for such individual services and assumes no liability for them.

2. Bookings and Payment

Reservations can be made via our website or by direct arrangement.
If applicable: Payment for accommodation or room rental is due in advance, as indicated during the booking process.
If applicable: Bookings are confirmed once full payment has been received.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made up to 3 days before the start of the stay or rental period are free of charge.
For later cancellations or no-shows, the full amount will be charged.
If a replacement booking is possible, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion.

4. Use of Premises and Conduct

Guests and course organizers agree to treat the property and furnishings with care and consideration.
Smoking is not permitted inside the building.
Events must respect the quiet and contemplative nature of Villa Belvédère.

5. Liability

Villa Belvédère is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.
Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to rooms, furnishings, or facilities.

6. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy which complies with Swiss and EU data protection regulations.

7. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms of Service are governed by Swiss law.
The place of jurisdiction is 5620 Bremgarten AG, Switzerland.
